1) How are Hiromi ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. Hiromi tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the Hiromi ticket prices.
2) I bought Hiromi tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because world tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Hiromi ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. If you would like more information please refer to the TicketSupply.com policy at the bottom of the page.
3) How do I know if the Hiromi event has been cancelled due to inclement weather?If inclement weather is being experienced on the day of the Hiromi event, contact the venue to see if the event has been postponed or cancelled. The concert venue will have the most updated Hiromi event information along with any alternate parking arrangements due to treacherous conditions in and around the location.
4) Help!!! I lost my Hiromi tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your Hiromi tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the Hiromi tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the Hiromi tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your Hiromi ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
5) What if the Hiromi event is postponed?If the Hiromi event is postponed, your Hiromi tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Hiromi tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Hiromi tickets.
