1) How can I find accessible seating tickets to see K Pop?TicketSupply.com does not specialize in accessible seating, however, we would like to help you any way we can with your K Pop order. 2) I bought K Pop tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because world tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our K Pop ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. 3) Is there a guarantee for the delivery of your K Pop tickets?You will be notified of the approximate ship date after you order. Typically K Pop tickets are shipped within 1 business day but there may be cases where the world tickets are not shipped right away. We guarantee that your K Pop tickets will arrive to you in time for the event. If it is not possible to get your K Pop tickets to you in time by shipping, we will arrange for you to pick them up locally or at the venue will call office before the world event.
4) What if the K Pop event is postponed?If the K Pop event is postponed, your K Pop tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your K Pop tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your K Pop tickets.
5) I purchased more than one K Pop ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the K Pop ticket notes, all of the tickets for the K Pop event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your K Pop receipt.
