1) What do I do if the alternative event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Lightning Bolt event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Lightning Bolt order receipt. You may need to return the Lightning Bolt tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Lightning Bolt tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The alternative ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
2) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my Lightning Bolt tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your Lightning Bolt tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry.
