1) Help!!! I lost my Lily Allen tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your Lily Allen tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the Lily Allen tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the Lily Allen tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your Lily Allen ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
2) How do I print my electronic pop & rock tickets to see Lily Allen?You will need a printer and may need Adobe Reader (which is free) to print any Lily Allen tickets that are delivered electronically. You will either receive an email containing a link to download and print the tickets or receive the tickets as an attachment to that email.
3) I bought Lily Allen tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because pop & rock tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Lily Allen ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. 4) Who determines the face value of my Lily Allen ticket?The artist, venue, or promoter determines the face value of your Lily Allen ticket. TicketSupply.com does not play any role in determining face values of Lily Allen or other tickets. Additional charges that may be included in concert tickets price are a facility charge, convenience charge, order processing fee, taxes, and delivery price.
5) How are Lily Allen ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. Lily Allen tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the Lily Allen ticket prices.
