1) Do you provide any guarantees for my Locura tickets?Yes we do! Once the ticket broker has confirmed your order, TicketSupply.com guarantees that your Locura tickets will be authentic and that you will receive them in time to attend the Locura event. If the Locura tickets are hard tickets, they will be mailed to you. If Locura tickets are emailable or are digital tickets, the broker may email them to you for your convenience.
2) Are the listed prices for Locura tickets different from their face value?In most cases, the listed price will be different from the face value of the Locura tickets. The posted price for these Locura tickets is determined by the ticket broker. Ticket brokers need to account for expenses in obtaining the tickets, delivery charges, convenience fees, and other charges in addition to the cost of acquiring the Locura tickets. Buyers may pay more or less than face value for their Locura tickets.
3) What if the Locura event is postponed?If the Locura event is postponed, your Locura tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Locura tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Locura tickets.
4) I purchased more than one Locura ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Locura ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Locura event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Locura receipt.
5) Is there a way for me to verify that my Locura tickets are authentic?Currently, TicketSupply.com does not offer a customer authenticity verification process for Locura, or any other, tickets. However, TicketSupply.com verifies that all Locura tickets purchased on its site are authentic. If there should be any doubt, please contact us directly and we'll check into this for you.
