1) Do you provide any guarantees for my Lokella tickets?Yes we do! Once the ticket broker has confirmed your order, TicketSupply.com guarantees that your Lokella tickets will be authentic and that you will receive them in time to attend the Lokella event. If the Lokella tickets are hard tickets, they will be mailed to you. If Lokella tickets are emailable or are digital tickets, the broker may email them to you for your convenience.
2) I purchased more than one Lokella ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Lokella ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Lokella event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Lokella receipt.
3) What if I don't know which concert event I want to see?If you like concert events, browse to that section using the top navigation. If there is someone specific that you want to search for, just enter the performer information in the search box. (i.e. "Lokella"). Or, you can locate all performers at a particular concert venue and choose that way.
4) How do I find the seats for Lokella tickets?On the page containing Lokella ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Lokella seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Lokella ticket notes.
5) What if the Lokella event is postponed?If the Lokella event is postponed, your Lokella tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Lokella tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Lokella tickets.
