FAQ
1) Who determines the face value of my Lost ticket? The artist, venue, or promoter determines the face value of your Lost ticket. TicketSupply.com does not play any role in determining face values of Lost or other tickets. Additional charges that may be included in concert tickets price are a facility charge, convenience charge, order processing fee, taxes, and delivery price.
2) I want to purchase pop & rock tickets but I don't know if an event for Lost is planned in the near future. How do I find information about the Lost schedule?TicketSupply.com posts the Lost schedule if it has been made public. You can view the Lost schedule on our site and select the date you want to attend (if available). Our site will supply a list of all available tickets to see Lost. Just select the tickets you want, make a purchase, and get ready to attend that pop & rock event of a lifetime!
3) Are the listed prices for Lost tickets different from their face value? In most cases, the listed price will be different from the face value of the Lost tickets. The posted price for these Lost tickets is determined by the ticket broker. Ticket brokers need to account for expenses in obtaining the tickets, delivery charges, convenience fees, and other charges in addition to the cost of acquiring the Lost tickets. Buyers may pay more or less than face value for their Lost tickets.
4) Why isn't my name displayed on my Lost tickets? You are purchasing these Lost tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Lost event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Lost ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Lost and experiencing the full pop & rock event.
5) Do you provide any guarantees for my Lost tickets?Yes we do! Once the ticket broker has confirmed your order, TicketSupply.com guarantees that your Lost tickets will be authentic and that you will receive them in time to attend the Lost event. If the Lost tickets are hard tickets, they will be mailed to you. If Lost tickets are emailable or are digital tickets, the broker may email them to you for your convenience.
