FAQ
1) How can I get aisle seats to see Mana? For any tickets, including those to see Mana, aisle seats are a hot item. If any Mana ticket within a listing is seated on an aisle, this detail will usually be provided by the ticket broker when they list the Mana tickets. Buyers should read the information listed in the ticket posting details (under the Mana specific ticket listing) to find this information. If there are no notes on the listing and no mention of an aisle seat, buyers should assume that the Mana seats are not located on an aisle.
2) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the Mana gate opening times for the venue? The best way to get the most accurate and updated Mana event details is to contact venue directly. A latin representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the Mana event. The representative will also be able to provide you with the Mana gate/door opening times. In most cases, this Mana event information will also be available on the venues web site.
3) Why isn't my name displayed on my Mana tickets? You are purchasing these Mana tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Mana event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Mana ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Mana and experiencing the full latin event.
4) What do I do if my order for Mana tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker? If the latin ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Mana tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Mana order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Mana tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Mana tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for latin events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
5) What do I do if the Mana start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information? The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Mana event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Mana event.
