1) Is there a guarantee for the delivery of your Nessly tickets?You will be notified of the approximate ship date after you order. Typically Nessly tickets are shipped within 1 business day but there may be cases where the rap & hip hop tickets are not shipped right away. We guarantee that your Nessly tickets will arrive to you in time for the event. If it is not possible to get your Nessly tickets to you in time by shipping, we will arrange for you to pick them up locally or at the venue will call office before the rap & hip hop event.
2) What do I do if the Nessly event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Nessly event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If the tickets may be digital tickets, you can check into electronic tickets; these can be printed from any location.
