FAQ
1) I think I may have received the wrong New Philharmonic tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong New Philharmonic tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect New Philharmonic tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your New Philharmonic receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the classical tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. If the New Philharmonic tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your New Philharmonic tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong New Philharmonic tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Keep in mind that you are covered by our 100% guarantee on classical tickets so you should not have any concerns.
2) How do I find the seats for New Philharmonic tickets? On the page containing New Philharmonic ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the New Philharmonic seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the New Philharmonic ticket notes.
3) What do I do if my order for New Philharmonic tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker? If the classical ticket broker has not confirmed your order for New Philharmonic tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the New Philharmonic order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other New Philharmonic tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate New Philharmonic tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for classical events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
4) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the New Philharmonic gate opening times for the venue? The best way to get the most accurate and updated New Philharmonic event details is to contact venue directly. A classical representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the New Philharmonic event. The representative will also be able to provide you with the New Philharmonic gate/door opening times. In most cases, this New Philharmonic event information will also be available on the venues web site.
5) Why isn't my name displayed on my New Philharmonic tickets? You are purchasing these New Philharmonic tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the New Philharmonic event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the New Philharmonic ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing New Philharmonic and experiencing the full classical event.
