FAQ
1) What do I do if the Noisia event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Noisia event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Noisia tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Noisia schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Noisia events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Noisia event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
2) Where does TicketSupply.com get the Noisia tickets it offers for sale? The Noisia tickets on TicketSupply.com are obtained by a ticket broker who finds individuals, businesses, season ticket holders, who can't attend the event and will purchase them for you. Our 100% guarantees that your Noisia tickets are authentic and valid for entry!
3) Who determines the face value of my Noisia ticket? The artist, venue, or promoter determines the face value of your Noisia ticket. TicketSupply.com does not play any role in determining face values of Noisia or other tickets. Additional charges that may be included in concert tickets price are a facility charge, convenience charge, order processing fee, taxes, and delivery price.
4) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my Noisia tickets? If you did not receive the email needed to print your Noisia tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your Noisia receipt. They can resend the Noisia tickets for you. If you are unable to find your alternative ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your concert ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
5) Why isn't my name displayed on my Noisia tickets? You are purchasing these Noisia tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Noisia event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Noisia ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Noisia and experiencing the full alternative event.
