FAQ
1) What do I do if the rap & hip hop event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Noriel event is scheduled? We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Noriel order receipt. You may need to return the Noriel tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Noriel tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The rap & hip hop ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
2) How do I know if the Noriel event has been cancelled due to inclement weather? If inclement weather is being experienced on the day of the Noriel event, contact the venue to see if the event has been postponed or cancelled. The concert venue will have the most updated Noriel event information along with any alternate parking arrangements due to treacherous conditions in and around the location.
3) I purchased more than one Noriel ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Noriel ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Noriel event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Noriel receipt.
4) How do I find the seats for Noriel tickets? On the page containing Noriel ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Noriel seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Noriel ticket notes.
5) Are the listed prices for Noriel tickets different from their face value? In most cases, the listed price will be different from the face value of the Noriel tickets. The posted price for these Noriel tickets is determined by the ticket broker. Ticket brokers need to account for expenses in obtaining the tickets, delivery charges, convenience fees, and other charges in addition to the cost of acquiring the Noriel tickets. Buyers may pay more or less than face value for their Noriel tickets.
