1) What do I do if the On The Bus start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information?The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the On The Bus event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the On The Bus event.
2) I want to attend the On The Bus event in several cities. Can I view the entire On The Bus schedule on the TicketSupply.com web site?Yes, TicketSupply.com lists all the On The Bus tour dates to simplify your shopping experience. Just search On The Bus or browse the concert section for On The Bus. There you will see the On The Bus schedule listed and you'll find the dates that the On The Bus event will be held in your desired locations. If you have been to a concert event before then be sure to select the best seats for your preference.
