1) Is there a way for me to verify that my Oneida tickets are authentic?Currently, TicketSupply.com does not offer a customer authenticity verification process for Oneida, or any other, tickets. However, TicketSupply.com verifies that all Oneida tickets purchased on its site are authentic. If there should be any doubt, please contact us directly and we'll check into this for you.
2) Do you provide any guarantees for my Oneida tickets?Yes we do! Once the ticket broker has confirmed your order, TicketSupply.com guarantees that your Oneida tickets will be authentic and that you will receive them in time to attend the Oneida event. If the Oneida tickets are hard tickets, they will be mailed to you. If Oneida tickets are emailable or are digital tickets, the broker may email them to you for your convenience.
3) What if the Oneida event is postponed?If the Oneida event is postponed, your Oneida tickets will be usable for the postponed event.
