1) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Ours tickets?Last minute Ours orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Ours tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
2) Do you provide any guarantees for my Ours tickets?Yes we do! Once the ticket broker has confirmed your order, TicketSupply.com guarantees that your Ours tickets will be authentic and that you will receive them in time to attend the Ours event. If the Ours tickets are hard tickets, they will be mailed to you. If Ours tickets are emailable or are digital tickets, the broker may email them to you for your convenience.
3) Are the listed prices for Ours tickets different from their face value?In most cases, the listed price will be different from the face value of the Ours tickets. 5) I purchased more than one Ours ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Ours ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Ours event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Ours receipt.
