1) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my Patricia Racette tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your Patricia Racette tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your Patricia Racette receipt. They can resend the Patricia Racette tickets for you. If you are unable to find your classical ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. 2) What do I do if the Patricia Racette start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information?The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Patricia Racette event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Patricia Racette event.
3) I ordered my Patricia Racette tickets. 5) What do I do if the classical event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Patricia Racette event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Patricia Racette order receipt. You may need to return the Patricia Racette tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Patricia Racette tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The classical ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
