1) How do I find the seats for Peppa Pig tickets?On the page containing Peppa Pig ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Peppa Pig seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Peppa Pig ticket notes.
2) I think I may have received the wrong Peppa Pig tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Peppa Pig tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Peppa Pig tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Peppa Pig receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the children & family tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your theater tickets. If the Peppa Pig tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your Peppa Pig tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong Peppa Pig tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. 5) What do I do if the Peppa Pig start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information?The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the theater venue to determine the correct start time for the Peppa Pig event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Peppa Pig event.
