1) Why isn't my name displayed on my Pete Francis tickets?You are purchasing these Pete Francis tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Pete Francis event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Pete Francis ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Pete Francis and experiencing the full pop & rock event.
2) How do I make sure that the Pete Francis discount code is properly applied to my pop & rock order?All of our tickets are offered at discounted prices. However, if a Pete Francis discount code was provided, simply enter it in the proper area at checkout. Once you enter the Pete Francis discount code, scroll up and verify that the discount code was applied for your Pete Francis tickets. If you still have questions, you can send our concert ticket team an email and we will confirm your discount code validity.
3) How are Pete Francis ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. Pete Francis tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the Pete Francis ticket prices.
4) I bought Pete Francis tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because pop & rock tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Pete Francis ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. 5) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Pete Francis tickets?Last minute Pete Francis orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Pete Francis tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
