1) I bought Plans tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because pop & rock tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Plans ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. If you would like more information please refer to the TicketSupply.com policy at the bottom of the page.
2) How do I find the seats for Plans tickets?On the page containing Plans ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Plans seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Plans ticket notes.
3) Is there a way for me to verify that my Plans tickets are authentic?Currently, TicketSupply.com does not offer a customer authenticity verification process for Plans, or any other, tickets. However, TicketSupply.com verifies that all Plans tickets purchased on its site are authentic. If there should be any doubt, please contact us directly and we'll check into this for you.
4) What do I do if the Plans event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Plans event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Plans tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Plans schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Plans events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Plans event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
5) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my Plans tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your Plans tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your Plans receipt. They can resend the Plans tickets for you. If you are unable to find your pop & rock ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your concert ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
