1) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my Poptopia tickets?

If you did not receive the email needed to print your Poptopia tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your Poptopia receipt. They can resend the Poptopia tickets for you. If you are unable to find your pop & rock ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. 2) What do I do if the Poptopia event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?

If the Poptopia event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Poptopia tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Poptopia schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Poptopia events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Poptopia event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.

3) What do I do if my order for Poptopia tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker?

If the pop & rock ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Poptopia tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Poptopia order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Poptopia tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund.
