FAQ
1) How do I find the seats for Proof tickets? On the page containing Proof ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Proof seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Proof ticket notes.
2) How do I know I am getting a good price when buying other theater tickets to see Proof? Our website specializes in sold-out and unavailable seating for Proof events and many others. When you purchase Proof tickets from us you can rest assured that our prices are cheaper than our competitors. When you are comparing the prices, consider the Proof ticket availability, other theater event popularity, and the expenses that ticket brokers incur when they obtained the Proof tickets.
3) I think I may have received the wrong Proof tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Proof tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Proof tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Proof receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the other theater tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your theater tickets. If the Proof tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your Proof tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong Proof tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Keep in mind that you are covered by our 100% guarantee on other theater tickets so you should not have any concerns.
4) How are Proof ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. Proof tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the Proof ticket prices.
5) Help!!! I lost my Proof tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your Proof tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the Proof tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the Proof tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your Proof ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
