FAQ
1) Who determines the face value of my Q ticket? The artist, venue, or promoter determines the face value of your Q ticket. TicketSupply.com does not play any role in determining face values of Q or other tickets. Additional charges that may be included in concert tickets price are a facility charge, convenience charge, order processing fee, taxes, and delivery price.
2) I want to purchase r & b & soul tickets but I don't know if an event for Q is planned in the near future. How do I find information about the Q schedule?TicketSupply.com posts the Q schedule if it has been made public. You can view the Q schedule on our site and select the date you want to attend (if available). Our site will supply a list of all available tickets to see Q. Just select the tickets you want, make a purchase, and get ready to attend that r & b & soul event of a lifetime!
3) As a buyer of Q tickets, what are my responsibilities?TicketSupply.com requires all Q ticket buyers to review and understand that all sales are final and that Q ticket prices are determined by the ticket brokers. We value your business and we are willing to answer any r & b & soul ticket questions that you may have. Due to the nature of the event industry, TicketSupply.com is not responsible for time, date, or venue changes and can't issue refunds due to any of these changes. Your Q tickets will be good for the rescheduled date.
4) Are the listed prices for Q tickets different from their face value? In most cases, the listed price will be different from the face value of the Q tickets. The posted price for these Q tickets is determined by the ticket broker. Ticket brokers need to account for expenses in obtaining the tickets, delivery charges, convenience fees, and other charges in addition to the cost of acquiring the Q tickets. Buyers may pay more or less than face value for their Q tickets.
5) What if the Q event is postponed? If the Q event is postponed, your Q tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Q tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Q tickets.
