FAQ
1) I want to purchase alternative tickets but I don't know if an event for Refused is planned in the near future. How do I find information about the Refused schedule?TicketSupply.com posts the Refused schedule if it has been made public. You can view the Refused schedule on our site and select the date you want to attend (if available). Our site will supply a list of all available tickets to see Refused. Just select the tickets you want, make a purchase, and get ready to attend that alternative event of a lifetime!
2) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Refused tickets?Last minute Refused orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Refused tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
3) What if the Refused event is postponed? If the Refused event is postponed, your Refused tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Refused tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Refused tickets.
4) I purchased more than one Refused ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Refused ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Refused event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Refused receipt.
5) Where can I find the cheapest tickets to see Refused in my area? The cheapest tickets to see Refused in all other cities can be found on TicketSupply.com.
