1) Help!!! I lost my Ruben Blades tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your Ruben Blades tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the Ruben Blades tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the Ruben Blades tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your Ruben Blades ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
2) Is there a guarantee for the delivery of your Ruben Blades tickets?You will be notified of the approximate ship date after you order. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Ruben Blades events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Ruben Blades event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
