1) What do I do if the Sean Jones start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information?The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Sean Jones event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Sean Jones event.
2) I bought Sean Jones tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because jazz & blues tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Sean Jones ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. 3) How are Sean Jones ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. Sean Jones tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the Sean Jones ticket prices.
4) Help!!! I lost my Sean Jones tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your Sean Jones tickets.
