1) Can my Silk tickets be sent to an address other than my billing address?Silk tickets that are mailed are sent only to the billing address on file for the buyer. If this is not convenient and the tickets are hard tickets, some Silk ticket brokers allow buyers to select a will call pickup option. If the tickets may be digital tickets, you can check into electronic tickets; these can be printed from any location. If you are not sure if the specific Silk tickets can be electronic tickets, please contact our customer support and they can help you find this information.
2) I purchased more than one Silk ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Silk ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Silk event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Silk receipt.
3) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my Silk tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your Silk tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your Silk receipt. They can resend the Silk tickets for you. If you are unable to find your r & b & soul ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your concert ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
4) How do I find the seats for Silk tickets?On the page containing Silk ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Silk seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Silk ticket notes.
5) What do I do if I received an error message when placing my Silk ticket order?If you see an error message when you are placing your order for Silk tickets, check to make sure that the details you provided on the Silk order form are correct. If, after correcting everything, you still receive an error message, please contact our phone support and they would be happy to help you resolve the situation.
