1) What do I do if the Sonata Arctica event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Sonata Arctica event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Sonata Arctica tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Sonata Arctica schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Sonata Arctica events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Sonata Arctica event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
2) What do I do if the hard rock & metal event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Sonata Arctica event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Sonata Arctica order receipt. You may need to return the Sonata Arctica tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Sonata Arctica tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The hard rock & metal ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
3) Help!!! I lost my Sonata Arctica tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your Sonata Arctica tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the Sonata Arctica tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the Sonata Arctica tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your Sonata Arctica ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
4) I bought Sonata Arctica tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because hard rock & metal tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Sonata Arctica ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. 5) Is there a guarantee for the delivery of your Sonata Arctica tickets?You will be notified of the approximate ship date after you order. Typically Sonata Arctica tickets are shipped within 1 business day but there may be cases where the hard rock & metal tickets are not shipped right away. We guarantee that your Sonata Arctica tickets will arrive to you in time for the event. If it is not possible to get your Sonata Arctica tickets to you in time by shipping, we will arrange for you to pick them up locally or at the venue will call office before the hard rock & metal event.
