1) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Stereolab tickets?Last minute Stereolab orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Stereolab tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
2) I bought Stereolab tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because pop & rock tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Stereolab ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. 3) Help!!! I lost my Stereolab tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your Stereolab tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the Stereolab tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the Stereolab tickets safe once you receive them.
