1) I want to attend the Strafe event in several cities. Can I view the entire Strafe schedule on the TicketSupply.com web site?Yes, TicketSupply.com lists all the Strafe tour dates to simplify your shopping experience. Just search Strafe or browse the concert section for Strafe. There you will see the Strafe schedule listed and you'll find the dates that the Strafe event will be held in your desired locations. If you have been to a concert event before then be sure to select the best seats for your preference. If you haven't seen Strafe or been to a concert or world event then feel free to just ask one of our ticket specialists.
2) What if I don't know which concert event I want to see?If you like concert events, browse to that section using the top navigation. If there is someone specific that you want to search for, just enter the performer information in the search box. (i.e. "Strafe"). Or, you can locate all performers at a particular concert venue and choose that way.
3) What do I do if the world event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Strafe event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Strafe order receipt. You may need to return the Strafe tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Strafe tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The world ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
4) What do I do if I received an error message when placing my Strafe ticket order?If you see an error message when you are placing your order for Strafe tickets, check to make sure that the details you provided on the Strafe order form are correct. If, after correcting everything, you still receive an error message, please contact our phone support and they would be happy to help you resolve the situation.
5) What do I do if the Strafe event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Strafe event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Strafe tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Strafe schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Strafe events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Strafe event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
