1) I think I may have received the wrong Supernatural tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Supernatural tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Supernatural tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Supernatural receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the pop & rock tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets.
