FAQ
1) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Survivor tickets?Last minute Survivor orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Survivor tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
2) How are Survivor ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. Survivor tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the Survivor ticket prices.
3) What do I do if my order for Survivor tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker? If the pop & rock ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Survivor tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Survivor order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Survivor tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Survivor tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for pop & rock events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
4) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the Survivor gate opening times for the venue? The best way to get the most accurate and updated Survivor event details is to contact venue directly. A pop & rock representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the Survivor event. The representative will also be able to provide you with the Survivor gate/door opening times. In most cases, this Survivor event information will also be available on the venues web site.
5) Why isn't my name displayed on my Survivor tickets? You are purchasing these Survivor tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Survivor event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Survivor ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Survivor and experiencing the full pop & rock event.
