1) I think I may have received the wrong Tapestry tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Tapestry tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Tapestry tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Tapestry receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the musical & play tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your theater tickets. If the Tapestry tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your Tapestry tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong Tapestry tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Keep in mind that you are covered by our 100% guarantee on musical & play tickets so you should not have any concerns.
2) What do I do if my order for Tapestry tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker?If the musical & play ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Tapestry tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Tapestry order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Tapestry tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. 3) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the Tapestry gate opening times for the venue?The best way to get the most accurate and updated Tapestry event details is to contact venue directly. A musical & play representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the Tapestry event. The representative will also be able to provide you with the Tapestry gate/door opening times. In most cases, this Tapestry event information will also be available on the venues web site.
4) How do I find the seats for Tapestry tickets?On the page containing Tapestry ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Tapestry seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Tapestry ticket notes.
5) Why isn't my name displayed on my Tapestry tickets?You are purchasing these Tapestry tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Tapestry event. Since the theater venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Tapestry ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Tapestry and experiencing the full musical & play event.
