FAQ
1) Do you provide any guarantees for my The Big E tickets?Yes we do! Once the ticket broker has confirmed your order, TicketSupply.com guarantees that your The Big E tickets will be authentic and that you will receive them in time to attend the The Big E event. If the The Big E tickets are hard tickets, they will be mailed to you. If The Big E tickets are emailable or are digital tickets, the broker may email them to you for your convenience.
2) I think I may have received the wrong The Big E tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong The Big E tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect The Big E tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your The Big E receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the pop & rock tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. If the The Big E tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your The Big E tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong The Big E tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Keep in mind that you are covered by our 100% guarantee on pop & rock tickets so you should not have any concerns.
3) What do I do if my order for The Big E tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker? If the pop & rock ticket broker has not confirmed your order for The Big E tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the The Big E order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other The Big E tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate The Big E tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for pop & rock events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
4) What do I do if the pop & rock event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement The Big E event is scheduled? We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your The Big E order receipt. You may need to return the The Big E tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your The Big E tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The pop & rock ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
5) I purchased more than one The Big E ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the The Big E ticket notes, all of the tickets for the The Big E event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your The Big E receipt.
