FAQ
1) What do I do if the The Elders start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information? The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the The Elders event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the The Elders event.
2) How do I find the seats for The Elders tickets? On the page containing The Elders ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the The Elders seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the The Elders ticket notes.
3) I think I may have received the wrong The Elders tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong The Elders tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect The Elders tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your The Elders receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the other concert tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. If the The Elders tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your The Elders tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong The Elders tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Keep in mind that you are covered by our 100% guarantee on other concert tickets so you should not have any concerns.
4) What do I do if my order for The Elders tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker? If the other concert ticket broker has not confirmed your order for The Elders tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the The Elders order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other The Elders tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate The Elders tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for other concert events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
