FAQ
1) Is there a way for me to verify that my The Movement tickets are authentic?Currently, TicketSupply.com does not offer a customer authenticity verification process for The Movement, or any other, tickets. However, TicketSupply.com verifies that all The Movement tickets purchased on its site are authentic. If there should be any doubt, please contact us directly and we'll check into this for you.
2) I ordered my The Movement tickets. When will they ship?Once you have ordered your The Movement tickets, TicketSupply.com sends you an email containing your tracking website/pin as well as information regarding your ticket broker. You can track your The Movement tickets using the website link and/or contact your ticket broker for more information. We guarantee that your reggae & reggaeton tickets will arrive in time for the The Movement event!
3) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my The Movement tickets? If you did not receive the email needed to print your The Movement tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your The Movement receipt. They can resend the The Movement tickets for you. If you are unable to find your reggae & reggaeton ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your concert ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
4) What do I do if the The Movement event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the The Movement event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the The Movement tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the The Movement schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed The Movement events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the The Movement event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
5) What do I do if my order for The Movement tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker? If the reggae & reggaeton ticket broker has not confirmed your order for The Movement tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the The Movement order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other The Movement tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate The Movement tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for reggae & reggaeton events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
