FAQ
1) I think I may have received the wrong Transfer tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Transfer tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Transfer tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Transfer receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the alternative tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. If the Transfer tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your Transfer tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong Transfer tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Keep in mind that you are covered by our 100% guarantee on alternative tickets so you should not have any concerns.
2) Where does TicketSupply.com get the Transfer tickets it offers for sale? The Transfer tickets on TicketSupply.com are obtained by a ticket broker who finds individuals, businesses, season ticket holders, who can't attend the event and will purchase them for you. Our 100% guarantees that your Transfer tickets are authentic and valid for entry!
3) I love alternative events! What are the prices of the tickets for Transfer in my area? The prices for Transfer are different for every location. All of the prices are clearly displayed on our web site. You can find these by browsing to concert and then to alternative; here you will then look for the Transfer listed. Transfer ticket prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. TicketSupply.com offers the lowest prices on all Transfer tickets.
4) What do I do if the Transfer event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Transfer event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Transfer tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Transfer schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Transfer events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Transfer event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
5) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Transfer tickets?Last minute Transfer orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Transfer tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
