1) I bought Tricky tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because alternative tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Tricky ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. If you would like more information please refer to the TicketSupply.com policy at the bottom of the page.
2) Help!!! I lost my Tricky tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your Tricky tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the Tricky tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the Tricky tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your Tricky ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
3) How are Tricky ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. Tricky tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the Tricky ticket prices.
4) Is there a guarantee for the delivery of your Tricky tickets?You will be notified of the approximate ship date after you order. Typically Tricky tickets are shipped within 1 business day but there may be cases where the alternative tickets are not shipped right away. We guarantee that your Tricky tickets will arrive to you in time for the event. If it is not possible to get your Tricky tickets to you in time by shipping, we will arrange for you to pick them up locally or at the venue will call office before the alternative event.
5) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Tricky tickets?Last minute Tricky orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Tricky tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
