1) Is there a way for me to verify that my We the People tickets are authentic?Currently, TicketSupply.com does not offer a customer authenticity verification process for We the People, or any other, tickets. However, TicketSupply.com verifies that all We the People tickets purchased on its site are authentic. If there should be any doubt, please contact us directly and we'll check into this for you.
2) Why do We the People tickets within the same section have different prices?TicketSupply.com is an open ticket broker marketplace for We the People. When you purchase tickets to We the People you are purchasing from accredited ticket broker companies. The reason the tickets for We the People vary in price in the same section is due to different ticket brokers listing the We the People tickets. These brokers often list We the People tickets competitively based on market standards and availability but their perception and expenses of obtaining the We the People tickets are different per broker.
3) I want to attend the We the People event in several cities. Can I view the entire We the People schedule on the TicketSupply.com web site?Yes, TicketSupply.com lists all the We the People tour dates to simplify your shopping experience. Just search We the People or browse the theater section for We the People. There you will see the We the People schedule listed and you'll find the dates that the We the People event will be held in your desired locations. If you have been to a theater event before then be sure to select the best seats for your preference. If you haven't seen We the People or been to a theater or other theater event then feel free to just ask one of our ticket specialists.
4) What do I do if the We the People start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information?The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the theater venue to determine the correct start time for the We the People event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the We the People event.
5) I bought We the People tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because other theater tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our We the People ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it.
