FAQ
1) How do I print my electronic hard rock & metal tickets to see -X-?You will need a printer and may need Adobe Reader (which is free) to print any -X- tickets that are delivered electronically. You will either receive an email containing a link to download and print the tickets or receive the tickets as an attachment to that email.
2) I want to purchase hard rock & metal tickets but I don't know if an event for -X- is planned in the near future. How do I find information about the -X- schedule?TicketSupply.com posts the -X- schedule if it has been made public. You can view the -X- schedule on our site and select the date you want to attend (if available). Our site will supply a list of all available tickets to see -X-. 3) Do you have -X- event tickets?Yes, TicketSupply.com offers tickets for -X- at the lowest prices available. You can easily search our site by typing "-X-" in the search box. Or you can browse to that page directly by visiting concert and then clicking hard rock & metal. 4) Why isn't my name displayed on my -X- tickets? You are purchasing these -X- tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the -X- event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the -X- ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing -X- and experiencing the full hard rock & metal event.
5) Help!!! I lost my -X- tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your -X- tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the -X- tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the -X- tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your -X- ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
