1) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my Yookie tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your Yookie tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your Yookie receipt. They can resend the Yookie tickets for you. If you are unable to find your techno & electronic ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your concert ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
2) What do I do if the Yookie event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Yookie event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Yookie tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Yookie schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Yookie events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Yookie event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
3) As a buyer of Yookie tickets, what are my responsibilities?TicketSupply.com requires all Yookie ticket buyers to review and understand that all sales are final and that Yookie ticket prices are determined by the ticket brokers. We value your business and we are willing to answer any techno & electronic ticket questions that you may have. Due to the nature of the event industry, TicketSupply.com is not responsible for time, date, or venue changes and can't issue refunds due to any of these changes. Your Yookie tickets will be good for the rescheduled date.
4) I think I may have received the wrong Yookie tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Yookie tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Yookie tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Yookie receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the techno & electronic tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. If the Yookie tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your Yookie tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong Yookie tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If there is someone specific that you want to search for, just enter the performer information in the search box. (i.e. "Yookie"). Or, you can locate all performers at a particular concert venue and choose that way.
