1) Who determines the face value of my Zero ticket?The artist, venue, or promoter determines the face value of your Zero ticket. TicketSupply.com does not play any role in determining face values of Zero or other tickets. Additional charges that may be included in concert tickets price are a facility charge, convenience charge, order processing fee, taxes, and delivery price.
2) I want to purchase alternative tickets but I don't know if an event for Zero is planned in the near future. How do I find information about the Zero schedule?TicketSupply.com posts the Zero schedule if it has been made public. You can view the Zero schedule on our site and select the date you want to attend (if available). Our site will supply a list of all available tickets to see Zero. 4) What do I do if the alternative event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Zero event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Zero order receipt. You may need to return the Zero tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Zero tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The alternative ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
5) Can my Zero tickets be sent to an address other than my billing address?Zero tickets that are mailed are sent only to the billing address on file for the buyer. If this is not convenient and the tickets are hard tickets, some Zero ticket brokers allow buyers to select a will call pickup option. If the tickets may be digital tickets, you can check into electronic tickets; these can be printed from any location. If you are not sure if the specific Zero tickets can be electronic tickets, please contact our customer support and they can help you find this information.
