1) Do you provide any guarantees for my Zooom tickets?Yes we do! Once the ticket broker has confirmed your order, TicketSupply.com guarantees that your Zooom tickets will be authentic and that you will receive them in time to attend the Zooom event. If the Zooom tickets are hard tickets, they will be mailed to you. If Zooom tickets are emailable or are digital tickets, the broker may email them to you for your convenience.
2) What do I do if my order for Zooom tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker?If the children & family ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Zooom tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Zooom order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Zooom tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Zooom tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for children & family events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
3) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the Zooom gate opening times for the venue?The best way to get the most accurate and updated Zooom event details is to contact venue directly. A children & family representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the Zooom event. The representative will also be able to provide you with the Zooom gate/door opening times. In most cases, this Zooom event information will also be available on the venues web site.
4) Why isn't my name displayed on my Zooom tickets?You are purchasing these Zooom tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Zooom event. Since the theater venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Zooom ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Zooom and experiencing the full children & family event.
5) Help!!! I lost my Zooom tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your Zooom tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the Zooom tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the Zooom tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your Zooom ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
