1) What do I do if I received an error message when placing my Camp Blu ticket order?If you see an error message when you are placing your order for Camp Blu tickets, check to make sure that the details you provided on the Camp Blu order form are correct. If, after correcting everything, you still receive an error message, please contact our phone support and they would be happy to help you resolve the situation.
2) What do I do if the pop & rock event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Camp Blu event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Camp Blu order receipt. You may need to return the Camp Blu tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Camp Blu tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The pop & rock ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
3) How do I find the seats for Camp Blu tickets?On the page containing Camp Blu ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Camp Blu seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Camp Blu ticket notes.
4) Are the listed prices for Camp Blu tickets different from their face value?In most cases, the listed price will be different from the face value of the Camp Blu tickets. The posted price for these Camp Blu tickets is determined by the ticket broker.
