1) Is there a guarantee for the delivery of your Europe tickets?You will be notified of the approximate ship date after you order. Typically Europe tickets are shipped within 1 business day but there may be cases where the pop & rock tickets are not shipped right away. We guarantee that your Europe tickets will arrive to you in time for the event. If it is not possible to get your Europe tickets to you in time by shipping, we will arrange for you to pick them up locally or at the venue will call office before the pop & rock event.
2) I do not want to miss the upcoming event for Europe. Do you have the event schedule?Yes! All information about the Europe tour is posted as soon as it is made public. Use the TicketSupply.com web site to view the Europe schedule. The schedule will be available in the concert, pop & rock section. Look for your location and purchase the cheapest tickets available for this excellent concert event. You can also stay fully informed by signing up for our newsletter, we have information about Europe regularly.
3) What do I do if my order for Europe tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker?If the pop & rock ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Europe tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Europe order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Europe tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Europe tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for pop & rock events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
4) Do you provide any guarantees for my Europe tickets?Yes we do! Once the ticket broker has confirmed your order, TicketSupply.com guarantees that your Europe tickets will be authentic and that you will receive them in time to attend the Europe event. If the Europe tickets are hard tickets, they will be mailed to you. If Europe tickets are emailable or are digital tickets, the broker may email them to you for your convenience.
5) As a buyer of Europe tickets, what are my responsibilities?TicketSupply.com requires all Europe ticket buyers to review and understand that all sales are final and that Europe ticket prices are determined by the ticket brokers. We value your business and we are willing to answer any pop & rock ticket questions that you may have. Due to the nature of the event industry, TicketSupply.com is not responsible for time, date, or venue changes and can't issue refunds due to any of these changes. Your Europe tickets will be good for the rescheduled date.
