1) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my Hames tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your Hames tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your Hames receipt. They can resend the Hames tickets for you. If you are unable to find your pop & rock ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your concert ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
2) What do I do if the Hames event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Hames event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Hames tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Hames schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Hames events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Hames event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
3) How do I make sure that the Hames discount code is properly applied to my pop & rock order?All of our tickets are offered at discounted prices. However, if a Hames discount code was provided, simply enter it in the proper area at checkout. Once you enter the Hames discount code, scroll up and verify that the discount code was applied for your Hames tickets. If you still have questions, you can send our concert ticket team an email and we will confirm your discount code validity.
4) What do I do if the Hames start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information?The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Hames event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Hames event.
5) How can I get aisle seats to see Hames?For any tickets, including those to see Hames, aisle seats are a hot item. If any Hames ticket within a listing is seated on an aisle, this detail will usually be provided by the ticket broker when they list the Hames tickets. Buyers should read the information listed in the ticket posting details (under the Hames specific ticket listing) to find this information. If there are no notes on the listing and no mention of an aisle seat, buyers should assume that the Hames seats are not located on an aisle.
