FAQ
1) I purchased more than one Kendal ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Kendal ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Kendal event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Kendal receipt.
2) How do I make sure that the Kendal discount code is properly applied to my pop & rock order? All of our tickets are offered at discounted prices. However, if a Kendal discount code was provided, simply enter it in the proper area at checkout. Once you enter the Kendal discount code, scroll up and verify that the discount code was applied for your Kendal tickets. If you still have questions, you can send our concert ticket team an email and we will confirm your discount code validity.
3) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Kendal tickets?Last minute Kendal orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Kendal tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
4) Why do Kendal tickets within the same section have different prices?TicketSupply.com is an open ticket broker marketplace for Kendal. When you purchase tickets to Kendal you are purchasing from accredited ticket broker companies. The reason the tickets for Kendal vary in price in the same section is due to different ticket brokers listing the Kendal tickets. These brokers often list Kendal tickets competitively based on market standards and availability but their perception and expenses of obtaining the Kendal tickets are different per broker.
5) What do I do if the pop & rock event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Kendal event is scheduled? We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Kendal order receipt. You may need to return the Kendal tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Kendal tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The pop & rock ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
