1) I think I may have received the wrong Plush tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Plush tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Plush tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Plush receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the pop & rock tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. If the Plush tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your Plush tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong Plush tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Keep in mind that you are covered by our 100% guarantee on pop & rock tickets so you should not have any concerns.
2) How do I find the seats for Plush tickets?On the page containing Plush ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Plush seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Plush ticket notes.
3) What do I do if my order for Plush tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker?If the pop & rock ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Plush tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Plush order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Plush tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Plush tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for pop & rock events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
4) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the Plush gate opening times for the venue?The best way to get the most accurate and updated Plush event details is to contact venue directly. A pop & rock representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the Plush event. The representative will also be able to provide you with the Plush gate/door opening times. In most cases, this Plush event information will also be available on the venues web site.
5) What do I do if the pop & rock event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Plush event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Plush order receipt. You may need to return the Plush tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Plush tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The pop & rock ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
