1) I bought Prince tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because pop & rock tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Prince ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. If you would like more information please refer to the TicketSupply.com policy at the bottom of the page.
2) How are Prince ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. Prince tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the Prince ticket prices.
3) Help!!! I lost my Prince tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your Prince tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the Prince tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the Prince tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your Prince ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
4) I purchased more than one Prince ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Prince ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Prince event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Prince receipt.
5) Do you provide information regarding the Prince?Yes, we list additional information about the Prince so you can ensure that this is the pop & rock event that you wish to attend. You can also find more information about the concert venue. This will allow you to verify that it is the proper event before you make your Prince ticket purchase.
