FAQ
1) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the Golden gate opening times for the venue? The best way to get the most accurate and updated Golden event details is to contact venue directly. A other concert representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the Golden event. The representative will also be able to provide you with the Golden gate/door opening times. In most cases, this Golden event information will also be available on the venues web site.
2) What if the Golden event is postponed? If the Golden event is postponed, your Golden tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Golden tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Golden tickets.
3) What do I do if the other concert event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Golden event is scheduled? We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Golden order receipt. You may need to return the Golden tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Golden tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The other concert ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
4) Is there a way for me to verify that my Golden tickets are authentic?Currently, TicketSupply.com does not offer a customer authenticity verification process for Golden, or any other, tickets. However, TicketSupply.com verifies that all Golden tickets purchased on its site are authentic. If there should be any doubt, please contact us directly and we'll check into this for you.
5) How do I print my electronic other concert tickets to see Golden? You will need a printer and may need Adobe Reader (which is free) to print any Golden tickets that are delivered electronically. You will either receive an email containing a link to download and print the tickets or receive the tickets as an attachment to that email.
