1) What do I do if the HoYoFair event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the HoYoFair event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the HoYoFair tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the HoYoFair schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed HoYoFair events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the HoYoFair event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
2) I ordered my HoYoFair tickets. When will they ship?Once you have ordered your HoYoFair tickets, TicketSupply.com sends you an email containing your tracking website/pin as well as information regarding your ticket broker. You can track your HoYoFair tickets using the website link and/or contact your ticket broker for more information. We guarantee that your pop & rock tickets will arrive in time for the HoYoFair event!
3) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my HoYoFair tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your HoYoFair tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your HoYoFair receipt. They can resend the HoYoFair tickets for you. If you are unable to find your pop & rock ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your concert ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
4) There isn't time to ship my HoYoFair tickets; can I get my tickets at will call?Yes, you can either get your HoYoFair tickets via will call, digital delivery or local pickup. Select either will call, email or local pickup options on the checkout. If you have already ordered and need to change your HoYoFair ticket delivery, be sure to call your ticket broker as soon as possible to discuss delivery options. You can find their contact information on the receipt that is sent to you after you purchased your pop & rock tickets. Note: If you are picking your HoYoFair tickets up at will call, be sure to bring your ID to the box office window.
5) Can my HoYoFair tickets be sent to an address other than my billing address?HoYoFair tickets that are mailed are sent only to the billing address on file for the buyer. If this is not convenient and the tickets are hard tickets, some HoYoFair ticket brokers allow buyers to select a will call pickup option. If the tickets may be digital tickets, you can check into electronic tickets; these can be printed from any location. If you are not sure if the specific HoYoFair tickets can be electronic tickets, please contact our customer support and they can help you find this information.
